Zalando — leading Berlin-based online fashion retailer — came to us with a legacy Magento platform that was limiting scalability and performance under high traffic loads.
We executed a two-phase architectural transformation: first migrating from Magento to a robust Java-based monolithic platform, then evolving the monolith into a Kubernetes-based microservice architecture — enabling scalable, cloud-native infrastructure for high-traffic e-commerce operations.

Legacy IIS and WinForms application creating months-long deployment cycles and limiting operational agility. We modernised the entire application stack by migrating from IIS/WinForms to a cloud-native architecture using Kubernetes microservices and a React.js frontend, implemented through GitOps practices that reduced time-to-market from months to days.
